Beijing organizers have begun security projects for the 2008 Olympic Games.

Qiang Wei, head of the coordination group, says Beijing will give top priority to anti-terrorism.

Qiang says Beijing will provide a detailed security plan in advance to all the participants of the 2008 Games. This will make Beijing's security job much more challenging than past Olympics.

Under the plan, Beijing will complete the constriction of security organs and training of some security of personnel by the end of June.

Beijing has signed agreements with universities in Britain and Australia to train Chinese police.
